Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Holds Mr. Debonair Student Of The Year Competition

The Chattanooga Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. will host its annual Mr. Debonair Student of the Year Competition on March 16. The competition will feature area high school junior and senior males competing for scholarship monies and the opportunity to compete on a regional and national level.
