Clifton Magdalene McCulley, 91, of Chattanooga, died on Sunday, February 3, 2013.
Mrs. McCulley was born and raised in Polk County, Tn. She was very involved in her former church as a young person, Mine City Baptist Church, where she enjoyed singing in the choir. She was currently a member of Westview Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son, James C. McCulley and wife, Shannon G. McCulley; daughter, Glenda M. Blackburn and husband, Charles R. Blackburn; grandsons, Stephen and Brandon McCulley; granddaughters, Erinn (Wade) Bushman and Amanda B. (Jason) Mayfield; great-grandchildren, Robert, Maicy, Jadyn, McCulley and William; siblings, Marlene (David) Chapman, Sam Craig and Sue (Robert) Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. McCulley; parents, Samuel and Bertha Craig; two brothers; and one sister.
Visitation will be from 12:30-2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 8, at the funeral home.
Graveside services will follow at 2:30 on Friday, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Reverend Wayland Stewart officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of choice in her memory.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 404 South Moore Road.
