Owner And Operator Of Clark Meat Company And Butcher For Over 40 Years

Jack Columbus Clark, of Hixson, died on Monday, February 4, 2013.  He was 83. 

He was the owner and operator of Clark Meat Company and Butcher for over 40 years. 

Jack was preceded in death by his first wife, Christene C. Clark and a brother, Bill Clark.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Clark; children, Patsy Jean Clark, Jackie Clark, Charles Mike Clark and Bobby Lynn Clark all of Chattanooga; stepson, David Pendergrass of South Carolina;

The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6, at the North Chapel.

Graveside services for Jack will follow at 3 p.m. on Wednesday at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
