Jewell Willam "Bill" Scoggins of Dayton, Tennessee, died on February 6, 2013 at Memorial Hospital.

He was predeceased by his parents, Jewell C. and Birtie S. Scoggins; and two brothers, Chester and Charles Scoggins.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Ann (Powell) Scoggins; two sisters, Barbara Moore, Peggy Perry; daughter, Debra Gilmore; granddaughter, Heather Parker; grandson, Ross Gilmore; two stepdaughters, Lacey (Thomas) Mahan, Mary (James) Minton; six step-granddaughters, several nieces and nephews, and many friends in Christ.

The family will receive friends at Faith Baptist Church, 198 Melody Lane, Spring City, Tn. from 6-9 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 8, and Saturday, from 11 a.m.-12. 

The Reverend Jason Gilreath and Tim Giddens will conduct the service at noon in the church. Interment will be in Bald Hill Cemetery.
