Here is the Fort Oglethorpe arrest report for Feb. 1-7:

David Lee, 52, of 63 Sloppy Floyd Lake Road, Summerville was arrested on January 31 on a charge of Theft by Shoplifting.

Kelly Moskalski, 23, of 245 Hwy 25A, Newport, TN was arrested on February 1 on a charge of Driving while License are Suspended.

David Garth, 49, of 25 Garth Street, Rossville was arrested on February 1 on a charge of Driving under the Influence.

Tonya Buchanan, 22, of 3600 Central Avenue Apt. 6, Chattanooga was arrested on February 2 on a charge of Probation Violation.

Kristen Brackett, 21, of 601 Park Lake Avenue, Rossville was arrested on February 2 on a charge of Battery FVA, Obstruction of Officers and Disorderly Conduct.

Eric Vaughan, 40, of 4412 Boynton Drive, Ringgold was arrested on February 2 on a charge of Driving while License are Suspended, Canceled Tag and No Insurance.

John Cochran, 38, of 12691 Hwy 41, Tunnel Hill was arrested on February 3 on a charge of Driving while License are Suspended.

Starnisha Simmons, 25, of 1708 East 49th Street, Chattanooga was arrested on February 3 on a charge of Driving while License are Suspended and Failure to Maintain a Lane.

Susan Walker, 47, of 144 Block Road, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested on February 3 on a charge of Striking a Fixed Object.

Samantha Seabourn, 19, of 125 Creekview Drive, Ringgold was arrested on February 4 on a charge of Theft by Shoplifting.

Janette Gullion, 51, of 359 Karen Drive, Ringgold was arrested on February 4 on a charge of Theft by Shoplifting.

Sebastian Gray, 20, of 1503 North Chester Road, Hixson was arrested on February 4 on a charge of Possession of Less than one ounce of Marijuana.

Robert Williams, 22, of 5909 Portview Circle, Chattanooga was arrested on February 4 on a charge of Possession of Less than one ounce of Marijuana.

Steven Herberer, 22, of 342 Edgemond Circle, Ringgold was arrested on February 4 on a charge of Possession of Less than one ounce of Marijuana.

Clarence McCorkle, 38, of 603 Oglethorpe Ridge Lane, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested on February 5 on a charge of Entering Auto.

Jonathan Collins, 18, of 341 North Hwy, Flintstone, was arrested on February 5 on a charge of Theft by Taking.

Jacklin Anderson, 34, of 328 Eastview Drive,  East Ridge was arrested on February 5 on a charge of Driving While License are Suspended.

Suspect Sought In Shooting On Nautical Way

A suspect is being sought in a shooting that happened Friday afternoon. At 3:20 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a shooting that occurred in the 7700 block of Nautical Way.  It was reported that the victim, Cantrell Goodloe, 33, was involved in an altercation,when shots were fired and he was struck. The Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting applications for the judicial vacancies on the Court of Appeals and the Court of Criminal Appeals.
