Poem By Dalton College Professor Nominated For Pushcart Prize

Kidnapping Mary, a poem written by Dr. Marsha Mathews, associate professor of English at Dalton State College, has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize which recognizes the best short stories, poetry, and essays published by small presses.

The Pushcart Prize literary project was established in 1976.

Kidnapping Mary is included in Mathew’s collection, Hallelujah Voices, and was nominated for the prize by her publisher, Aldrich Books.
