First Lady Haslam To Host HGTV Filming At The Tennessee Residence

First Lady Crissy Haslam will host HGTV at the Tennessee Residence on Thursday to film the groundbreaking of the build-out of a kitchen and cutting garden, promoting local agriculture and farm-to-table sustainability at the state’s executive residence. 

The building of the kitchen and cutting garden launches Phase II of the Tennessee Residence Foundation’s project to help renovate and restore the Tennessee Residence grounds.  HGTV will film the groundbreaking of the kitchen and cutting garden, as well as interviews with First Lady Haslam, the Tennessee Residence chef, the project’s landscape architect, and other special guests.  

The garden will be featured in an upcoming special to be aired on HGTV in May.
