Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for March 8-14. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,397 calls. 74 were booked on a total of 182 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1397 calls, the following felony arrests were made:

Eric Bernard Orourke, age 25, of 7 Taylor Street Rossville, GA was arrested March 07, 2013 for Probation Violation and Bond Surrender for Obtaining Drugs by Fraud. No bond has been set. Orourke remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jeremy Lee Perea, age 27, of 18 Susan Lane Rossville, GA was arrested March 07, 2013 for Terroristic Threats and Acts. Perea was released on $2,500 bond.

Casey Brent Barnes, age 34, of 149 Nituna Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested March 08, 2013 for Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement and Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Barnes remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Don Raymond Cordell, age 33, of 406 Lakeview Drive Rossville, GA was arrested March 08, 2013 for two counts of Theft by Taking. Bond has been set at $7,500. Cordell remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Willie Rainey, age 38, of 4520 St Elmo Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested March 09, 2013 for Theft by Taking. Rainey was released on $5,000 bond.

Joshua Matthew Cagle, age 26, of 4604 Woodland Drive Ooltewah, TN was arrested March 09, 2013 for seven counts of Entering an Auto, Criminal Trespass, False Statements in Matters within Jurisdiction of the State, Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State, Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement and a Bench Warrant for Driving on Revoked or Suspended License. Bond has been set at $25,500. Cagle remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brandon David Cochran, age 29, of 173 Ulagosdi Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested March 09, 2013 for Probation Violation. Cochran was released on $15,000 bond.

Kera Michelle Williams, age 20, of 65 El Freda Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested March 09, 2013 for Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree, Simple Battery (FVA) and Underage Consumption or Possession of Alcohol. No bond has been set. Williams remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Steven Labron Ferguson Jr., age 35, of 103 Spring Place Drive Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested March 11, 2013 for Terroristic Threats and Acts, Obstruction of a 911 Call, two counts of Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, Criminal Trespass (FVA), Disorderly Conduct and Loitering or Prowling. Bond has been set at $18,000. Ferguson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Nathan Edwin Hawkins, age 26, of 349 Frawley Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested March 11, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Hawkins remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Matthew Steven Wright, age 34, of 584 Pine Grove Access Ringgold, GA was arrested March 11, 2013 for Criminal Damage 2nd Degree, Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, Simple Battery on Police Officer, Public Drunk and Disorderly Conduct. Bond has been set at $9,000. Wright remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jonathan Dale Peacock, age 36, of 1110 Thomas Lane Hixson, TN was arrested March 12, 2013 for Failure to Stop for a School Bus, Driving without License on Person, Fugitive from Justice, Hold for Santa Rosa County, FL Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Peacock remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jacob Stephen Pemberton, age 20, of 702 Park Lake Road Rossville, GA was arrested March 12, 2013 for Bond Surrenders for False Statements in Matters within Jurisdiction of the State, False Report of a Crime and Criminal Trespass. Bond has been set at $9,000. Pemberton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Robert Edward Sisson III, age 23, of 417 Cedar Street Dalton, GA was arrested March 12, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Sisson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Melissa Nichole Turner, age 29, of 300 Woodland Road Sequatchie, TN was arrested March 12, 2013 for a Bench Warrant for Forgery and a Bench Warrant for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Turner remains incarcerated at CCDC.

George Thomas Davis, age 47, of 503 Stones River Lane Murfreesboro, TN was arrested March 13, 2013 for Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement, two counts of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, Reckless Driving, Driving without Valid License, Weaving, Driving on Wrong Side of Roadway, Improper Turn, Failure to Obey Traffic Control Devices, Duty of Driver to Stop at or Return to Scene of Accident, Passing in a No-Passing Zone, Limitations on Overtaking and Passing on the Left, Limitations on Driving on Left of Center of Road, two counts of Failure to Obey Traffic Control Devices, Seatbelt Violation and Windshield Violation. No bond has been set. Davis remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Eric Travis, age 26, of 115 Decatur Lane Decatur, TN was arrested March 13, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Travis remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dustin Cody Clark, age 24, of 2045 Oak Street Signal Mountain, TN was arrested March 14, 2013 for Manufacturing Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Clark remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Ryan Kelly Cummings Jr., age 23, of 112 Garden East Road Dover, TN was arrested March 14, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Cummings remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Michael Ewton, age 24, of 4533 N Fairmont Signal Mountain, TN was arrested March 14, 2013 for Manufacturing Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Ewton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

David Scott Hullender, age 35, of 123 Stuart Road Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested March 14, 2013 for Possession of Schedule I Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container and Driving under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. Hullender was released on $10,000 bond.


Home On Old Mill Lane Damaged By Fire

A home was damaged by fire on Wednesday morning in the Middle Valley area. A homeowner called 911 at 11:50 a.m., reporting a kitchen fire at 1031 Old Mill Lane. The Dallas Bay Volunteer Fire Department responded within minutes .  Once firefighters gained entry into the house, they reported fire on the stove and the kitchen cabinets. Funds Intended To Benefit Homeless And Abused Animals Stolen From Morristown Shelter

An employee of the Morristown-Hamblen Humane Society altered receipts to conceal the theft of $51,130 from the organization’s adoption fees and other funds, an audit by the Comptroller’s Division of Investigation has revealed.
