Heath Lawson Arrested For Theft Of ATV In Bradley County

One person has been arrested for theft in Bradley County.

Property crimes detectives for the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office recovered a Yahama all-terrain vehicle valued at $7,000 after the investigation took them to a location in Meigs County where they executed a search warrant.

The ATV was reported stolen on March 10, from north Bradley County.

A resident of Childs Road where detectives made the recovery, Heath Anthony Lawson, 37, of Birchwood, was taken to the Bradley County Jail where he was charged with theft of property over $1,000.

Lawson is currently free on a $3,000 bond. 

The vehicle has been returned to the owner.
