It is with deep heartfelt appreciation that I wish to thank volunteers, supporters, and voters who stood with me during the recent City Council election. I am saddened and disappointed that our efforts did not bring about a successful outcome.
Regardless of the outcome of this election, I am proud of the honesty, integrity, and polite manner in which we conducted our campaign. We ran a positive campaign in which we only talked about the issues and never once made a personal negative comment or accusation.
Volunteers braved harsh winter elements to canvass neighborhoods, traffic wave, and cover polls on election day. I am eternally grateful for your loyalty and dedication to assisting in my re-election process. I can’t ever repay the hours of service you gave to my campaign.
To the voters who cast a ballet for me, I am humbled by your support. It has been my pleasure and honor to have served as your City Council representative in District 3 the last four years. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve you and our city in this position that I loved so much. Is has been one of my greatest adventures of my life.
