What Are The Specifics On The Erlanger CEO Bonuses?

The Hospital Authority Board should spell out in simple language what the CEO must accomplish to receive up to $340,000 incentive pay.

Is it based on how much profit the hospital will make? How much waste can be found and corrected?

Don't keep the citizens in the dark as I am sure you will be transparent as Washington is.

A good incentive would be five percent of the profit made by the hospital after losses recovered. It should be real.

An expert has been described as wearing a three-piece suit, more than 50 miles away, carrying a briefcase and having a case of hemorrhoids that give him a look of concern.

Experts never recommend a cut in compensation, always an increase.

Please, please, please spell out the specifics.
