Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for March 15-21. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,432 calls. 78 were booked on a total of 144 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,432 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

Tammy Renee Ballinger, age 38, of 4166 Dalton Pike Lot # 2 Cleveland, TN was arrested March 15, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Ballinger remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Chase Chapman, age 21, of 411 Rolling Hills Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested March 15, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Chapman remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Allen Cobb, age 28, of 86 Johns Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested March 15, 2013 for Parole Violation. Cobb’s Parole was reinstated and released.

Anthony Mashun Henderson, age 27, of 140 Molton Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested March 15, 2013 for Probation Violation and Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers. No bond has been set. Henderson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

James Allen McNeese, age 33, of 191 Inman Street Ringgold, GA was arrested March 15, 2013 for Parole Violation. No bond has been set. McNeese remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Miranda Janel Morrison, age 37, of 2227 Pine Grove Road Ringgold, GA was arrested March 15, 2013 for Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree, two counts of Simple Assault and a Good Behavior Warrant. Morrison was released on $5,500 bond.

Brandon Trey Patterson, age 27, of 181 Knollwood Circle Ringgold, GA was arrested March 15, 2013 for two counts of Possession of Schedule I Drugs. Patterson was released on $9,000 bond.

Ellen J Romano, age 23, of 837 Kingston Lane Bartlett, IL was arrested March 16, 2013 for Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers and Public Drunk. Romano was released on $5,500 bond.

Earl William Chambers Jr., age 35, of 137 Worley Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested March 17, 2013 for Aggravated Battery (FVA) and False Imprisonment. Bond has been set at $15,000. Chambers remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jaison Abel Cook, age 32, of 1632 Lion Street Decatur, GA was arrested March 17, 2013 for Forgery 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $3,500. Cook remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Lee Joyner, age 34, of 155 McDonald Drive Rossville, GA was arrested March 17, 2013 for two counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Affixing or Removing License Plate with Intent to Conceal Vehicle ID, Operation of Vehicle without Valid Tag and Proof of Insurance Required. Joyner was released on $15,100 bond.

Kirk Justin Killackey, age 19, of 547 W Circle Drive Rossville, GA was arrested March 17, 2013 for three counts of Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, Underage Consumption or Possession of Alcohol and Loitering or Prowling. Bond has been set at $15,000. Killackey remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kenneth Wade Nix, age 53, of Hwy 68 Crestview Madison, TN was arrested March 17, 2013 for Forgery 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $3,500. Nix remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Martha Jeanette Sutton, age 39, of 4306 9th Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested March 17, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Sutton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jessica Lauren Board, age 22, of 8709 Hidden Branches Harrison, TN was arrested March 18, 2013 for Entering Auto, Criminal Attempt to Commit Theft by Taking, Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement Officers and Hold for East Ridge, TN Police Department. Bond has been set at $11,000. Board remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jared Michael Broome, age 23, of 3801 Kingwood Circle Chattanooga, TN was arrested March 19, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License, Too Fast for Conditions, Passing in a No-Passing Zone, Weaving, Operation of Vehicle without Valid Tag, Proof of Insurance Required and Open Container. Bond has been set at $15,000. Broome remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Joshua Terry Cain, age 27, of 3742 Mt. Pisgah Road Ringgold, GA was arrested March 19, 2013 for two counts of Kidnapping, Aggravated Battery (FVA) and Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree. Cain was released on $9,000 bond.

John Wesley Patterson, age 30, of 1419 E 49th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested March 19, 2013 for a Bench Warrant for Aggravated Assault on Police Officer and Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers. No bond has been set. Patterson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Samuel Jason Goforth, age 29, of 8624 Hwy 331 Summerville, GA was arrested March 20, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Goforth remains incarcerated at CCDC.

James Robert Lawhorn Jr., age 28, of 4726 Buckingham Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested March 20, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Lawhorn remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Robert Grady Hodge, age 32, of Homeless, was arrested March 21, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Hodge remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Police Blotter: Burglars Try To Batter Through Oak Street Wall; Hooter's Girl Gets In The Mix

Police made an arrest of a man with a lengthy criminal record after loud banging was heard at the rear of a building at 2500 Oak St. It was found that someone had tried to batter their way through a cinder block wall.
