Police said after two teens admitted breaking into a house and said Billy Joe Taylor was with them, Taylor said there "would be some homicides in Brainerd."

Asked at the jail who would be killed, he said his co-defendants would be killed.

The three were arrested after kicking their way on Sunday into a residence on Ricky Drive in Brainerd.

Drake Boyd said he heard someone kick in his door and, when he went to investigate, he found three black males inside his home. They fled on foot.

All three suspects were located by patrol officers and they were all identified by the resident.

The two teens admitted their involvement, while Taylor said he was not involved.

Taylor, 18, of 901 Shallowford Road, is charged with aggravated burglary.

Deliveries would be off Riverfront Parkway and hotel access (valet parking) would be off Aquarium ... (click for more)

Roy Exum: Al Sharpton’s Wise Remarks

I’ll admit I paid little more than scant attention to the Monday funeral of Michael Brown, the 18-year-old who was shot and killed by police bullets in Ferguson, Mo., after he allegedly was involved in strong-armed robbery. There are too many tawdry details and, in my way of thinking, there is nothing under God’s sun, absolutely nothing, that gives others the right to riot, burn ... (click for more)
