Cheryl Cooper
Cheryl A. (Brannon) Cooper, 65, of Flintstone, died on Wednesday, April 10, 2013.
Cheryl was a lifelong resident of Flintstone and was of the Baptist faith. Her passions in life included spending time with her family, cooking, being a mother, time at the lake, and doing crafts. She also enjoyed building bird houses and going to yard sales.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her mother, Rosa L. Brannon, father, Ralph E. Brannon, and sister-in-law, Judy Ann Walker.
Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Robert G. Cooper; sons, Robert M. Lowe, Harry A. Cochrane, and Kendred L. (Jennifer) Cooper; brother, Tom E. (Sandy) Brannon; grandsons, Taylor Cochrane, Dylan Lowe, and T.J. Clark; granddaughter, Mikayla Lowe; great-grandson, Raiden Tucker; brothers-in-law, Ronnie (Mildred) Cooper, and Gary (Carolyn) Cooper; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 12, at 1 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Reverend Mike Angel officiating. Burial will follow in Estell Cemetery. Frankie Hoge, Jeff Sparks, Dylan Lowe, Taylor Cochrane, Kevin DeBerry, Tony Presley, and Ray Rich will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 11, from 4–8 p.m., and Friday, from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
