One With Courage Community Forum Is April 26

The One with Courage Community Forum will be held on Friday, April 26, from 10-11 a.m. at Chattanooga State Technical Community College in the Health Science Center, Room 1085. 

The community forum is to inspire and challenge adults to be the "one with courage" to speak out against child abuse and protect the community's children. 

The featured speakers will be Mayor-Elect Andy Berke, District Attorney General Bill Cox, UTC Football Coach Russ Huesman and Children's Hospital Medical Director Dr.

Alan Kohrt.  There will also be survivor stories.

Almost 1,000 Erlanger Employees Have Signed Up To Contribute Toward New Children's Hospital

Almost 1,000 Erlanger Health System employees thus far have pledged to contribute financially toward the first phase of the new Children's Hospital - an outpatient center. Darrius Starling, 24, Shot Twice In Miller Park

Darrius Starling, 24, was shot twice in Miller Park on Tuesday afternoon. Chattanooga Police responded to the 900 block of Market Street on the report of a disorder between two people. Judge Denies Motion By Walker County To Delay Closing Of Hutcheson Hospital

A bankruptcy judge in Atlanta on Tuesday denied a motion by Walker County, Ga., is asking a delay in closing Hutcheson Medical Center and laying off employees.
