Parent/Child Dedication Is Sunday At Brainerd Baptist

Parent/Child Dedication will be a part of the 11:15 a.m. worship service this Sunday at Brainerd Baptist Church, 300 Brookfield Ave. Parents Night Out will be Friday, May 17 from 6-10 p.m. with activities for children through the 5th grade. The cost is $11 per child.

Mayor Berke Pledges $6 Million For New Recreation Center At Avondale

Mayor Andy Berke announced Thursday that he plans to include $6 million in his upcoming budget for a new Recreation Center at Avondale.
