Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, one of the fastest-growing self-serve frozen dessert franchises, plans to open a store late May in Brunswick at 8644 East Brainerd Rd.

Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt will utilize the leased space as its popular self-serve dessert concept and provide the people of Chattanooga with a family-oriented, visually uplifting environment to relax and enjoy a cup of froyo.

Details of a grand opening event will be released when the store opens.

Two men who prosecutors say witnessed a murder in Hixson on Jan. 31, 2014, on Wednesday refused to tell their story to a jury.
