PR Suicide At Lake Winnie

Wednesday, May 15, 2013

Today on their FaceBook Page, Lake Winnie posted :

Due to the Grand Opening of the new SoakYa Water Park, we will not be hosting Military Day on Memorial Day May 27, 2013, but we hope to offer it sometime later during the Summer.”

I don’t doubt that the people of Chattanooga would like to be aware of this before they plan to go the grand opening of the Water Park on Memorial Day.

No Military Day on Memorial Day? That’s PR suicide.

You should see the comments posted – 147 so far. I would love to hear how they defend this decision. It’s appalling.
