a) A resolution authorizing the appointment of David Ridge as a special police officer (unarmed) for the City of Chattanooga Department of Economic and Community Development, to do special duty as prescribed herein, subject to certain conditions.  (Economic and Community Development) 

b) A resolution authorizing the appointment of Jason Yakimowich as a special police officer (unarmed) for the City of Chattanooga Department of Transportation, to do special duty as prescribed herein, subject to certain conditions.  (Transportation)

e) A resolution authorizing payment to Charles L.
