Baylor Beats Brentwood In Final Region Soccer Match

Baylor hosted Brentwood Academy in the last region match Tuesday evening.  Baylor earned the 3rd seed going into the Division IIAA state tournament with a 3-0 win over Brentwood. 

Zach Payne scored off an assist from Sam Stewart in the fifth minute of the game. Then nine minutes later Zach Payne scored again off an assist from Tim Linke to put Baylor up 2-0.

It was 2-0 at half.

At the 57th minute, Kyle Johnston scored off a corner kick from Austin Maize.

The game ended 3-0 to Baylor.

Baylor will host Ensworth this weekend in the first round of the state tournament.
