Woman Who Tells Undercover Officers She Has HIV Charged With Aggravated Prostitution

A woman who told undercover officers that she has HIV has been charged with aggravated prostitution.

Tammy Sue Hickman, 47, of Manchester, Tn., was taken to the Hamilton County Jail.

Police said in the incident on Thursday she flagged down the three undercover officers on Woods Avenue. She asked for a ride.

While inside the vehicle, she agreed to perform oral and straight sex on all three officers for $100, police said.

She made the statement about being HIV positive after being told she was under arrest.
