In its inaugural year, the Chattanooga Market has booked over 30 food trucks coming from Chattanooga, Atlanta, Nashville and other nearby cities for the Chattanooga Street Food Festival. Patrons will find everything from local dairy ice cream, to bubble tea, empanadas, BBQ, mexican, hamburgers, gourmet style hot dogs, and even a truck featuring nothing but various grilled cheese sandwiches.
"This is where it all starts and it’s not surprising," offers Paul Smith, general manager of Chattanooga Market, "for over a decade, Chattanooga Market has been a test kitchen for the doers in our community. Whether they cook, paint, grow or sing, the locals come to the Market each Sunday to support them all."
There will be live music on two stages. Brian Ashley Jones will play at 12:30 p.m. and Charles Butler & Assoc. at 2 p.m.
