Catoosa County Arrest Report For July 5-11

Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for July 5-11. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,565 calls. 54 were booked on a total of 97 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,565 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

Lisa Claire Sims, age 40, of 39 Brown Circle Rossville, GA was arrested July 08, 2013 for Aggravated Stalking. No bond has been set. Sims remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Chad Andrew Dagnan, age 25, of 3317 Pioneer Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 09, 2013 for Party to a Crime of Obtaining or Attempting to Obtain Controlled Substance by Fraud. Dagnan was released on $3,500 bond.

Brittany Nicole Montgomery, age 22, of 411 W 38th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 09, 2013 for Bond Surrender and Bench Warrant for Possession of Schedule III Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving without Valid License and Weaving. No bond has been set. Montgomery remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jacob Clay Thacker, age 20, of 60 Pine Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested July 09, 2013 for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. Thacker was released on his own recognizance.

Kenneth Stacy Wallin Jr., age 28, of 128 Browns Ferry Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 09, 2013 for Forgery 1st Degree and Obtaining or Attempting to Obtain Controlled Substance by Fraud. Wallin was released on $8,500 bond.

Tommy David Oakes, age 37, of 383 Hullender Hollow Road Ringgold, GA was arrested July 10, 2013 for Burglary 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $5,000. Oakes remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brandon Trey Patterson, age 27, of 181 Knollwood Circle Ringgold, GA was arrested July 10, 2013 for Theft by Conversion. Bond has been set at $5,000. Patterson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

David Isaac Severs, age 39, of 1938 Skyline Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 10, 2013 for Aggravated Stalking. No bond has been set. Severs remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Debora Lynn Abney, age 44, of Homless Ringgold, GA was arrested July 11, 2013 for Aggravated Stalking. No bond has been set. Abney remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Steven Atwood, age 51, of 11918 Georgetown Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 11, 2013 for Theft by Shoplifting and a Probation Violation for Entering an Auto and Fraudulent Checks. No bond has been set. Atwood remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Michael Hendricks, age 36, of 40 Fox Den Trail Ringgold, GA was arrested July 11, 2013 for Aggravated Stalking. No bond has been set. Hendricks remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Lamar Roach, age 26, of 595 Roach Hollow Road Ringgold, GA was arrested July 11, 2013 for Probation Violation for Child Molestation. No bond has been set. Roach remains incarcerated at CCDC.



80 Municipalities Qualify For Wine In Grocery Stores Votes

1 Dies, 4 Injured In 2-Vehicle Crash At Soddy Daisy

One person has died in a wreck Sunday at Soddy Daisy in which four other people were injured. The wreck happened at 12:35 p.m. when a vehicle traveling north struck another vehicle that was pulling onto the highway. A small red truck was badly damaged in the crash.
