Charles Richard Holcomb Sr., 56, of Dalton, GA, died on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Floyd Medical Center.
Charles was born March 28, 1957 in Dalton, GA, a son of the late Clarence Hubert Holcomb Sr. and Tommie Lou Fain Holcomb; and was also preceded in death by his brothers, Clarence Hubert Holcomb Jr., Jimmy Jackson and Mark Holcomb.
He is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Charles Holcomb Jr. and KaRissa Holcomb of Chatsworth, GA and Joseph Holcomb of Dalton, GA; sisters and brother-in-law, Helen and Dwight Wood of Calhoun, GA and Jan Hardin of Atlanta, GA; sister-in-law, Veronica Holcomb of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Bryson, Brileigh and Elijah Holcomb; and nieces and nephews, Derella Holcomb, Chris Wood, Heather Wood, Zach Holcomb, Adam Holcomb and Janet Cullinan.
Private family service to celebrate the life of Mr. Charles Richard Holcomb Sr. will be held at a later date.
