A man who police say threatened a pharmacist with a pair of scissors and then grabbed a bottle of Oxycontin was taken into custody after another store employee tackled him.

Brent Nathaniel Davis, 31, of 5519 Highway 153, is charged with aggravated robbery after the incident at Walgreen's at 5478 Highway 153.

Pharmacist Paul Firth said Davis demanded Oxycontin after showing him the scissors, but he said he told him "No." He said Davis then jumped the counter, got the bottle, and jumped back over.

Aaron Kaczmarek tackled Davis before he could leave the store. He subdued him until police arrived.

The robbery and the capture were all caught on video, police said.
