Review for The Misadventures of Joe Bradley:

Joe Bradley didn't waste any time in getting out of there. He took off down the trail as fast as he could. Oh, I forgot my fishin' pole and other stuff, he thought as he stopped to go back for them. He ran as fast as he could and grabbed his fishing pole, the torch, and his bag of stuff in one quick swoop while he was a-turnin' to run again.

That was when he saw it; that big old bear was standing right there in front of him. How did it get out of that ole hole? Joe Bradley wondered as he watched it without breathing. That hole was so deep, how did it get out?

Joe Bradley Mullins was on his way to spend the summer with his Aunt Sue in Shawnee, Missouri. His parents have given him enough money to purchase his needed train ticket and enough extra to buy some food along the way.

Little did he know what he would encounter: grizzly bears, a pack of hungry wolves, Sasquatch, gypsy twins, a ferocious lion and tiger, Goliath, waking up in jail, seeing ghosts at Ms. Ledbetter's, some bats in a cave, and being kidnapped.

I guess Sheriff Dan said it best, 'He's a rascal of a young lad, always a'gittin' himself into some kind of trouble.'
