Erlanger Health Systems is putting two of its facilities on the market, including its downtown Chattanooga Lifestyle Center.

Erlanger has operated a rehab and wellness program at the former auto dealership for some 20 years, Vice President Gregg Gentry said.

He said it is felt that with all the development downtown that a higher use can be found for the 14,000-square-foot facility.

Erlanger plans to move the rehab and wellness programs to another facility.

Also up for sale will be the Soddy Daisy Erlanger facility.

Mr. Gentry said Erlanger pulled its services from the building about 10 years ago.

A portion of the 17,000-square-foot building is currently vacant.
