Teen Shot Sunday Morning Dies

The 15-year-old who was shot at 1209 Sheridan Ave. Sunday morning has died as a result of his injury.   

At 6:25 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to a person shot call. Upon arrival, officers located a teen lying in the front of 1206 Sheridan Ave. with a single gunshot wound to the back of the head.  

The investigation is still ongoing and anyone with information about this crime is asked to call the Chattanooga Police Department at 698-2525 or Crime Stoppers at 698-3333.
