A man who authorities say has been deported four times back to his home country of Mexico has been arrested in Bradley County.

Alejandro Godinez Morales was stopped for traffic violations on Aug. 8, authorities said.

A new criminal complaint has been filed against him in Federal Court, which again seeks his deportation.

Morales was first deported on March 28, 2008. He was back in the U.S. 15 days later. He was sentenced to 45 days confinement and then deported.

ICE arrested him three more times on similar charges of re-entry.
