Based on information developed by the U.S. Marshal's Service, just after 6:30 p.m. Calloway was apprehended by the Marshal's Service assisted by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office.  He was caught the 100 block of White Oak Road after first attempting to flee on foot.

The TBI agent was not injured. Callaway and his passenger fled, abandoned the vehicle and then ran into the woods.
