Larry Melton Farmer, 61, of Soddy Daisy, died on Saturday, August 24, 2013.
He was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and was preceded in death by his father, Melton Farmer. Larry was a special child who became a loving, precious little man who never met a stranger. He was a member of Sequoyah Church of God and attended Orange Grove School.
Survivors are his mother, Virginia Farmer; sister, Deborah (Frank) Kelley; brother, Tim (Julie) Farmer; two nieces and two nephews.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 27, at Lane Funeral Home with Reverend Estle Sanders officiating. Burial is in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 26, and one hour before services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
