Sale Creek is now 8-3, 2-0 in district play. Lookout Valley is 5-6 overall and 1-1 in the district.

Hixson claimed a 2-1 victory over East Ridge, Thursday night.

The Lady Wildcats were up 1-0 at half. They were led by Samantha Green with 2 goals. Demi Defoor had an assist and Cambree Spurlack recorded eight saves.

Abby Sweatman scored the lone goal for East Ridge off an assist from Kayla Deck.

Hixson will host Ooltewah next Tuesday, September 3rd. at 7pm.



Insight Into Lookouts' New Manager, Doug Mientkiewicz

In about a week, the 2015 edition of the Chattanooga Lookouts will be arriving under the auspices of a new parent-club, the Minnesota Twins. Covenant Splits With North Carolina Wesleyan

The Covenant baseball team finished off Saturday's suspended game with a 15-11 victory, but could not hold a late lead in the USA South series finale losing 5-4 at North Carolina Wesleyan on Monday afternoon at Bauer Field.
