Sunday School And Youth Meetings Resume Sunday At St. Francis

Children's Sunday school and Episcopal Youth meetings will resume this Sunday at St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church, 7555 Ooltewah-Georgetown Road, Ooltewah. All children are invited to meet with the Rector at 9 a.m. in the children's classroom. The EYC will meet at 3:30 p.m.


Matthew 28 Text For Easter Message At St. John United Methodist

Dr. Kenneth LaDuke will use as his text Matthew 28:1-6 for his Easter Sunday message at the 8;30 and 10:30 a.m. services at St. John United Methodist Church, 3921 Murray Hills Drive. Easter Egg Hunt Sunday At St. Jude Catholic

Easter Sunday masses at St. Jude Catholic Church, 930 Ashland Terrace, will be at 8 and 10:30 a.m., 12:15 and 5:30 p.m. all in English. Governor Bill Haslam signed HB 2371/SB2464 on Wednesday. The law ends forced annexations and gives Tennesseans the right to vote. The law now requires cities to annex by consent of the landowner or through referendum approved by a majority of the landowners to be annexed.
