Chicks and Chocolate, a monthly meeting for women at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 8451 East Brainerd Road, will meet Friday, Aug. 16, at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Shirley Allen for food and fellowship. Mrs.  Allen will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, buns and dessert. Those attending are to provide side dishes of lettuce, tomatoes, beans, slaw, potato salad or drinks.
