Tennessee State University Offers Diabetes Academies

Tennessee State University (TSU) and the University of Tennessee (UT) Extension offer programs in health education and wellness.  Diabetes Academies will be held at the UT & TSU Extension Office, 6183 Adamson Circle, 37416 on Thursday, Aug. 15, from 12-2 p.m.  This is a program for people with diabetes, prediabetes, or those at-risk of diabetes. Tonya Swoape, Certified Diabetes Educator, will be the guest presenter for this very informative session.

The program is no cost to participants but spaces are limited.  Lunch will be served.
