Shirley Inez Baugh, 59, of Summerville, Georgia, died on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Baugh was born January 9, 1954 in Pikeville, the daughter of the late Millard and Willa Brock Womack. She was employed with the Collinsville Nursing Home. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Don Autry, Sr.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Baugh; son, Don Autry, J,; daughters and husbands, Lynette and Robert Smith, Tammy and Michael Hughes; stepdaughters, Anita Patterson and Wendy Stone; brothers, Glenn Womack and Jackie Womack; sisters, Kathy Grigsby and Margie Cooper; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p. m. on Sunday, Aug. 11, at Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Danny Hobbs and Reverend Charles Bishop officiating. Burial will follow in Subligna Cemetery. Active pallbearers are Daniel Smith, C. J. Miller, Matthew Miller, Jeffery Hughes, Jacob Thomas, and Levi Hamilton. Honorary pallbearers are Stacey Womack, Steven Womack, Tim Womack, Jeff Womack, Jeff Mahan, and Steven Hamilton.

Mrs. Baugh will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10.
