Second Missionary Baptist Celebrates 68th Annual Women's Day

Second Missionary Baptist Church will present the 68th Annual Women’s Day Pre-Musical this Sunday, at 5 p.m.  The musical concert will feature choirs from Second Missionary Baptist and Miracle Missionary Baptist Church combined. 

The women of Second Missionary Baptist Church will celebrate the 68th Annual Women’s Day on Sunday, September 22, at the 11 a.m. worship service.  The theme is “Christian Women Standing Our Ground for Christ”.  The speaker will be Sis.

Arma Jean Broomfield of the Pilgrim Rock Baptist Church.  


Extended Easter Sunday Service At Covenant Presbyterian

The Easter Sunday worship service at 9:30 a.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 8451 East Brainerd Road, will be an extended service with no other activities that day. "Overcoming Your Fear Of Death" Topic Sunday At Second Presbyterian

During the month of April Dr. Perry McCallen is leading a sermon series, "Overcoming Your Fear," at Second Presbyterian Church, 700 Pine St. His topic for Sunday at 11 a.m. will be "Overcoming Your Fear of Death," with text from Luke 24:1-12.
