GNTC Hosts Polk County GED Graduation Thursday

Georgia Northwestern Technical College will host the annual GED graduation ceremony for the Polk County Class of 2012- 2013 at 7 p.m. on Thursday at the GNTC Polk County Campus. Polk County adults who have earned the General Educational Development diploma during the 2012-2013 school years have been invited to attend with their families and guests. 

GED graduates will participate in a traditional cap and gown ceremony. GNTC President Pete McDonald will address the graduates and present commemorative certificates. Awards for student performance and achievement also will be presented during the ceremony.

GNTC is an official General Educational Development Testing Center and a site for computer-based GED testing in partnership with Pearson Vue and the Technical College System of Georgia.

GNTC To Host Move On When Ready New Student Orientations At All 6 Campuses

Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) will hold face-to-face orientations in July for high school students participating in the Move On When Ready (MOWR) Dual Enrollment Program.
