Lorenzo Tyrell Bell has been arrested after he was found with the victim of a man who said his car was taken during a robbery.

Bell, 18, of E. 46th St., is charged with aggravated robbery.

Q.T. Triplett, 60, told police he had made a phone call and lined up a date with a black male on Aug. 8. He said they arranged to meet on 46th Street.

He said after he arrived he was told to go around the corner to 10th Avenue. He said the "date" advised him to come behind a bush. He said when he did the youth pulled out a rifle and ordered him to take off his pants.

He said the robber took his car keys, wallet with $10 cash and cell phone.

He then drove away in his 2007 Ford Fusion.

Bell was stopped last Friday on E. 23rd Street in the victim's car.

Police said he admitted taking the car, but denied using a weapon.

The victim picked him out of a photo lineup.
