"Tempted" Is Topic For Discussion At Burks United Methodist

The Wednesday Fall Together Schedule at Burks United Methodist Church, 6433 Hixson Pike, begins at 5 p.m. with handbells and dinner ($7 for adults, $3 for children); 6,  CWB; 6:30, Kingdom Kids, Fall Gatherings, Pastor's Study and Soul Feast; and 7:30 p.m., chancel choir. 

Officials said, "Join us every Wednesday night for a multi-generational evening of food, fellowship and discussions on a wide-range of topics affecting our culture and lives.

We not only welcome questions and every point of view but we want to see how our Christian faith applies to every area of life. Everyone is invited from sixth grade up."
 
The Fall Gatherings topic on Wednesday will be "Tempted." At Kingdom Kids, Matt Galas will lead a time of gospel center learning through Bible stories and worship.
