East Ridge Police Make 2 Prostitution Arrests

East Ridge Police made two prostitution arrests on Friday.


At  7 p.m., officers served a search warrant at 1450 North Mack Smith Road in relation to impersonation of a licensed professional. Also involved in the operation were Department of Homeland Security Immigration officials and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation personnel. 


Two arrests were made. Son An Chin, 50, was charged with prostitution and impersonation of licensed professional. Sun Duty, 64, was charged with promoting prostitution. 


Items taken by police included "evidence in support of the listed charges" and over $4,100 in cash. 

The defendants are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Court on Nov. 5.
