Carlos "Scooby" Evans, 40, of Pikeville, TN, died Sunday, September 22, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlos and Frances Evans; sister, Cindy Britt; and a brother, Michael Evans.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Evans; two daughters, Samantha Evans, Salina, KS and Kiara Evans, Pikeville; two sons, Justin (Lacey) Evans and Timothy Evans both of Pikeville; granddaughter, Makayla Evans; brothers, Steven Evans, Nashville, Jeffrey Evans, Cleveland and James Britt, Pikeville; and sister, Lora Ann Foster, Pikeville.
Service will be Thursday, September 26 at 3 p.m. CDT in the chapel.
Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN.
