Large Hixson Apartment Complex Sold For $11.2 Million

A large Hixson apartment complex has been sold to a New Jersey firm for $11.2 million.

Bowman and Associates were the prior owners of the Arlington Apartments at 6200 Hixson Pike.

The sale was to Spyglass-Bluff View at Northside LLC.

The firm is located at Old Tappan, N.J.

The county assessment on the property had been just over $7 million.
