Here is the Fort Oglethorpe arrest report for Sept. 19-26:

Matthew Nicholson, 26, of 31 Willow Street, Ringgold was arrested September 19 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Askia Witherow, 34, of 8221 Old Cleveland Pike, Ooltewah was arrested September 19 on charges of battery and false imprisonment.

Robert Clarkson, 34, of 10 Windish Street, Rossville was arrested September 19 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Nicole Lineberry, 34, of 1835 Clingan Drive, Cleveland was arrested September 19 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and defective windshield.

Robert Hodge, 24, of 496 Kendrick’s Switch, Chickamauga was arrested September 20 on a charge of loitering and prowling.

Edward Allen, 51, of 584 Pine Grove Access #128, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 20 on a charge of public drunk.

Talitha Ward, 32, of 264 Butterfly Drive, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 21 on a charge of driving suspended.

Donald Wolfe, 30, of 3835 Kaiser Lane, St. Cloud, Florida was arrested September 22 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to maintain lane and possession of marijuana.

Thomas Tucker, 44, of 1633 West Rebel Road, Rossville was arrested September 23 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, expired tag and obstructed tag.

Joshua Driver, 20, of 207 Park Lake Road, Rossville was arrested September 24 on a charge of underage consumption.

Brayan Campos, 18, of 26 Heppner Lane, Ringgold was arrested September 24 on charges of driving while unlicensed and failure to maintain lane.

Tommie Guice, 52, of 3865 Old State Road, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 25 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, failure to maintain lane, drugs not kept in original container, possession of schedule III and possession of schedule IV.

Chad Cook, 37, of 31 Hunter Circle, Rossville was arrested September 25 on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction.
