Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Sept. 20-26. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,284 calls. 67 were booked on a total of 134 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,284 calls, the following felony arrests were made:

Clara Renee Binkley, age 42, of 92 Ernest Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested September 20, 2013 for two counts of Terroristic Threats and Acts and Aggravated Assault. Binkley was released on $7,500 bond.

Michael Anthony Fossett Jr., age 24, of 67 Mineral Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested September 20, 2013 for Possession of Marijuana More Than One Ounce, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Driving without Valid License, Operation of Vehicle without Valid Tag and Speeding. Fossett was released on $15,000 bond.

Eugene Anthony Morrow, age 40, of 92 Ernest Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested September 20, 2013 for two counts of Terroristic Threats and Acts and Aggravated Assault. Morrow was released on $7,500 bond.

Brittany Monique Woodley, age 26, of 292 W 38th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested September 23, 2013 for a Bench Warrant for Theft by Shoplifting. Woodley was sentenced to probation and released.

Amy Luanne Albertson, age 38, of 3592 A Idle Wild Circle Chattanooga, TN was arrested September 24, 2013 for a Bench Warrant for Theft by Taking. Albertson was sentenced to probation and released.

Dorothy Rose Beecher, age 29, of 39 Brown Circle Rossville, GA was arrested September 24, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Beecher was released on $4,500 bond.

Robin Dacia Clowers, age 41, of 901 Crest Drive Chickamauga, GA was arrested September 24, 2013 for Probation Violation for Theft by Taking and Criminal Trespass. No bond has been set. Clowers remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Charles Damon Flynn, age 51, of Park Trace Apts. Rossville, GA was arrested September 24, 2013 for Parole Violation for False Imprisonment and Terroristic Threats. No bond has been set. Flynn remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Raymond Douglas Freeman, age 30, of 68 McLemore Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested September 24, 2013 for Terroristic Threats and Acts, Aggravated Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officer and Interference with Government Property. No bond has been set. Freeman remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Pamela Gail Lawrence, age 53, of 3594 Pan Gap Circle Chattanooga, TN was arrested September 24, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Theft by Shoplifting. No bond has been set. Lawrence remains incarcerated at CCDC.

April Leavina Parker, age 33, of 260 Daniel Lane Cleveland, TN was arrested September 24, 2013 for Probation Violation for Robbery. No bond has been set. Parker remains incarcerated at CCDC.  

Dana Diane Phillips, age 39, of 1229 Browns Ferry Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested September 24, 2013 for two counts of Financial Transaction Card Fraud, three counts of Forgery 4th Degree and a Hold for Jackson County Sheriff Office, AL. No bond has been set. Phillips remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Krystal Marie Roach, age 26, of 539 Meadow Lark Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested September 24, 2013 for Financial Transaction Card Fraud and Hold for Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office. Roach was released on $5,000 bond and turned over to Whitfield County.

Troy Lee Evett, age 38, of 1029 Wilson Road Rossville, GA was arrested September 25, 2013 for Theft by Taking. No bond has been set. Evett remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Tommie  Angela Guice, age 52, of 3865 Old State Road Menlo, GA was arrested September 25, 2013 for two counts of Possession of Schedule III Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs and Weaving. Bond has been set at $20,500. Guice remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jason Phillip Hale, age 29, of 219 Harmony Lane Chickamauga, GA was arrested September 25, 2013 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs and Driving on Revoked or Suspended License. Bond has been set at $15,000. Hale remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Omar Severiano, age 22, of 198 Carroll Drive Rossville, GA was arrested September 25, 2013 for Probation Violation for Burglary. No bond has been set. Severiano remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jason Lebron Wolfe, age 40, of 9029 S Highway 341 Chickamauga, GA was arrested September 25, 2013 for Probation Violation for Criminal Attempt to Manufacture Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Wolfe remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Will Webster Acuff Jr., age 24, of 9007 Standifer Gap Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested September 26, 2013 for Probation Violation for Forgery. No bond has been set. Acuff remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brandon Robert Evett, age 20, of 729 Glen Lock Road Sweetwater, TN was arrested September 26, 2013 for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute. No bond has been set. Evett remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Leslie Sumekia Hinton, age 36, of 451 Craven Road Ringgold, GA was arrested September 26, 2013 for Issuance of Bad Checks and Probation Violation for Theft by Deception and False Statements. No bond has been set. Hinton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Shonica Nicola Jackson, age 27, of 1490 Fisher Road Atlanta, GA was arrested September 26, 2013 for Probation Violation for Forgery 1st Degree. No bond has been set. Jackson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Hassan Arif Lee, age 35, of 31 Wood Lawn Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested September 26, 2013 for a Bench Warrant for Theft by Taking and Hold for Rossville Police Department. No bond has been set. Lee remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Bradley Tyson Stoner, age 26, of 72 Ray Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested September 26, 2013 for Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree and Reckless Conduct Causing Harm or Endangering the Safety of Another. Bond has been set at $5,000. Stoner remains incarcerated at CCDC.
