Police Seek Information On Andrea Sawyers, 15, Missing For A Week

Andrea Sawyers, 15, walked away from her residence in Dalton last Thursday, and has not been seen by her guardian since then.  

She is approximately 5'3" tall, and weighs 135 pounds. She has long brown hair (below her shoulders).  She was wearing a black tank top, black sweat pants and flip flops when she left her residence.  

She is entered into GCIC as a runaway and a runaway warrant has been issued, as she left her residence after an argument with her guardian.  

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Miss Sawyers should contact Sgt. Scott McAllister at 706 876-1476.

Notre Dame Draws Top Ranked Greeneville, CCS Opens With Madison Magnet

For the second year in a row, Notre Dame drew the top ranked Greeneville in the opening round of the TSSAA Class A/AA state tournament.  Notre Dame is scheduled to play Greeneville on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Murfreesboro.
