Walker County Business And Industry Council Lunch And Learn: Banking Industry And Current Business Trends

The Chamber’s Business & Industry Council will host a Lunch and Learn Business Roundtable, sponsored by First Volunteer Bank, on Tuesday, Oct. 15, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Georgia Northwestern Technical College in Rock Spring.

First Volunteer’s President Patti Steele will keynote the event; the topic will be “Get Up To Date with the Banking Industry and Current Business Trends, including highlights of the Affordable Care Act and What It Means To Your Business. ” The event will be open forum discussion throughout.

The event is free to participants; presentation and lunch are sponsored by First Volunteer Bank.  Seating is limited to the first 50 to register. Registration will be accepted online only. The deadline to register is Friday, Oct. 11, at midnight. No walk-ins will be accepted. For more information, go to info@walkercochamber.com.
