Crime Stoppers: Robbery At Subway

Wednesday, January 1, 2014

Crime Stoppers and the Chattanooga Police Department are seeking information on the identification of a robber from the Subway at 3416 Rossville Blvd.

At around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18, a man entered the store wearing a hooded hockey mask and pointing a bluish pistol at a Subway employee.  He demanded a cash box from below the counter and fled with just a few hundred dollars, but not without being captured on security video.

The employee was able to see just enough through the mask to determine he was a white male.  He was roughly 5’5” to 5’7” tall and had a slender build, and appeared to be in his 20’s.

To report information on this crime, call Crime Stoppers with an anonymous tip, at 698-3333. Information provided that leads to an arrest could result in a cash reward.
