Watching Airplane Fuel Prices Under City Monopoly At The Chattanooga Airport

In the article on the airport buying TAC-Air, it states, "Terry Hart, airport president, said since the opening of Wilson Air Center in 2010 that fuel prices at the airport has been consistently 20 percent lower than similarly-sized airports."

Note that 100LL at TAC-Air is $5.37,  100LL avgas at Wilson is $6.09, a 72-cent difference.  Or put another way, I save $36 filling my Super Viking up at TAC-Air.  

Why are we to believe that now that the city has a monopoly, prices at TAC Air will not be going up?
