8 Townhomes Planned On Shallowford Road

The Planning Commission on Monday recommended approval for eight townhomes on Shallowford Road next to the Drake Forest subdivision.

Yurly Llashevskly and his wife are planning the project.

The RPA staff had recommended that the site be limited to seven townhomes - four in one building and three in another.

The couple will have to seek a variance on setback requirements before proceeding with eight townhomes, it was stated.
